Maddalena and Adecco partnership renewed

January 30th, 2024

The second edition of the Academy project for 4.0 operators kicks off: this is the fruit of the collaboration between Maddalena S.p.A. and Adecco Italia, a true benchmark in the world of human resources.

The first edition already made history in July ’23, with the placement of 8 young talents in the Povoletto (UD) production plant.

“We are starting 2024 by once again focusing on young people and investing in their future. The Academy for Operators 4.0 is an ambitious project that aims to provide employment and training opportunities for young people between the ages of 18 and 29. The main goal is to enable them to obtain a specific professional qualification, opening the doors to a world of opportunities in the technology sector,” comment Barbara Del Dò, Director of the Adecco branch in Udine, and Matteo Lorigiola, Plant Manager.

Maddalena S.p.A. and Adecco Italia, close in this partnership, demonstrate a concrete commitment to fostering youth employment and vocational training. Indeed, through projects such as this Academy, skills development is promoted and they participate in building the future of young workers, while also contributing to Goal 4 – Quality Education – and Goal 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth – of the United Nations 2030 Agenda.
