UEB4Work #3 Returns to the Palazzetto in Cividale

With this belief, we return to UEB4work, now in its third edition. Together with seven other companies from the region, we will be there to meet students, graduates, technicians, and professionals ready to take on new challenges.

With more than fifty open positions in various fields, the event offers the chance to connect directly with our companies, listen to motivational talks, and discover the employment services provided by the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia.

Open Research

PRODUCTION WORKERS

Positions available for production workers in chain or team-based work organisations and assembly islands. Workers will mainly be responsible for assembling individual product components in accordance with quality standards and production targets. Specifically: preparation of components, assembly using technical tools, calibration, visual and metrological checks, packaging and wrapping of water meters. Familiarity with IT tools, precision, punctuality and a good aptitude for teamwork are required.

KAIZEN PROMOTION OFFICER

The ideal candidate will preferably have a degree in Management Engineering and will be responsible for optimising production and business processes, leading and coordinating improvement projects and initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs by applying Lean tools and methodologies. They will promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation by training and supporting colleagues on Lean principles and tools. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required to drive cultural change within the company.

DEMAND PLANNER

The candidate will have experience in demand forecasting and S&OP process support. They will be responsible for analysing sales data for standardisation and monitoring the performance of commercial families. They will collaborate with the Supply Chain team on the sizing and management of Kanban and consignment stock, in support of demand. They will liaise with the sales and production departments to update sales order dates. A degree in Management Engineering or similar is preferred.

PROJECT LEADER

The candidate must have a diploma in electronics or a recent degree in electronic engineering. They will be placed in the Technical Office to support designers and Senior Project Managers in drafting reports and technical specifications, providing technical support to sales, managing purchased products for documentation purposes, and managing product codes and documentation. Good knowledge of IoT or similar electronic products, particularly in the embedded and radio frequency fields, good knowledge of English, dynamism, ability to work in a team, and a desire to grow in a stimulating and dynamic environment with a high technological content are required.

FOREIGN SALES DEPARTMENT

As part of the foreign sales team, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop a career path towards an Area Manager position. Initially, they will continuously follow up with customers and distributors in Central Europe, with responsibilities ranging from the complete management of sales orders to the preparation of quotations and commercial documentation (contracts, terms and conditions, certifications). The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating customs and logistics procedures for exports, monitoring payments and managing any after-sales issues. They will also provide ongoing customer support during the operational phase, liaising with internal departments (logistics, administration, marketing, technical) and collaborating on sales data collection and commercial development in the area. Excellent knowledge of English and French is required.
