We would like to inform you of an important organizational development involving our German subsidiary, Maddalena GmbH, which is part of a broader strategy aimed at strengthening and expanding the Group’s presence in the European market.
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our commercial and service activities across the territory, we have decided to integrate certain operational functions within Maddalena S.p.A.’s headquarters in Italy, where our production, R&D, and metrological verification departments are located. We also inform you that the verification laboratory of our Remscheid branch will cease its operations starting from November.
This decision enables the Group to further leverage its industrial expertise, maintain the highest quality standards, and support increasingly advanced development focused on smart metering solutions, remote reading, and sophisticated data management systems.
Consequently, the production, verification laboratory, and warehouse activities previously carried out at the Remscheid site will be progressively transferred to our facilities in Italy.
However, the German subsidiary will continue to operate with renewed strength as a commercial and local support hub, with the aim to:
- strengthen the Group’s presence in Germany and Austria,
- reinforce technical and commercial assistance in the territory,
- provide customers with more direct, timely, and specialized support,
- promote cutting-edge technological solutions for the intelligent management of water networks.
