“Ricchezza. Dilemma perenne”/ “Wealth. A Perennial Dilemma”
This is the title chosen for the 2025 edition, curated by Don Alessio Geretti, which spans five centuries of art while posing a timeless question: what is true wealth?
A journey through masterpieces by Caravaggio, Titian, Rembrandt, Picasso, Guttuso, and other great masters who, through diverse languages and perspectives, explore the relationship between humanity, beauty, and value.
As regional councillor Barbara Zilli recalled during the opening ceremony, “If wealth is truly a perennial dilemma, Illegio has somehow managed to solve it: through the beauty of art and culture, it has helped nurture a far more precious wealth — that of the spirit and of humanity.”
