Pursuant to current legislation and the provisions of art. 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the "Regulation"), we inform you that the data controller of the processing of the data you provide is Maddalena S.p.A. The computer systems and computer programs used for the operation of the website collect some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (e.g. IP addresses or domain names of computers used by data subjects who connect to the website, URI addresses -Uniform Resource Identifier- of the resources requested, time of request, method used to submit the request to the server, size of the file obtained in reply, numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters regarding the operating system and computer environment of the data subject). Although this information is not collected in order to be linked with identified data subjects, by its nature it could, through processing and association with data held by third-parties, allow data subjects to be identified. The data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information about the use of the website and to control its proper functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data may be used to ascertain liability in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the website.
Data provided voluntarily by the data subject
To consult the website no provision of any personal data by the data subject is required. However, any contact with the DATA CONTROLLER, or the optional, explicit and spontaneous sending of messages, electronic mail or traditional post, to the DATA CONTROLLER’s addresses as indicated on the website causes the subsequent acquisition of the address, including e-mail, sender or telephone number necessary to respond to requests, and any other personal data included in their communications. The data will be used only to respond to the data subject's request and may be disclosed to third-parties only if necessary for that purpose.
Processing data for these purposes does not require your consent since the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract to which you are a party or the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6, para. 1(b) of the Regulation), as well as, where applicable, to fulfil a legal obligation (art. 6, para. 1(a) of the Regulation).The data will be processed by employees appointed by the DATA CONTROLLER with procedures, technical and IT tools to protect the confidentiality and security of your data and consists of its collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation, destruction of the same including the combination of two or more of the above activities. The data are kept only for as long as is strictly necessary to provide the data subject with the requested service and are deleted immediately after, except for retention obligations provided for by law. Your data will not be disclosed. As part of its activities and for the purposes indicated above, the DATA CONTROLLER may use services provided by third parties who operate on behalf of the DATA CONTROLLER and in accordance with their instructions, as data controllers. These are subjects who provide the DATA CONTROLLER with processing or instrumental services (e.g. computer services for the functioning of the website). The data may be transferred within the European Union, where the DATA CONTROLLER or its suppliers are based or have their own servers in these countries. The data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
You shall have the right, at any time, to exercise the rights provided for by current legislation, including the right to:
receive confirmation of the existence of your personal data and access to their contents;
- update, modify and/or correct your personal data;
- request cancellation (right to be forgotten), conversion into anonymous form, blocking of data processed in violation of the law or the limitation of data processing;
- oppose the data processing for legitimate reasons;
