{"id":32840,"date":"2026-01-28T11:35:49","date_gmt":"2026-01-28T10:35:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.maddalena.it\/from-training-to-employment-the-results-of-the-second-maddalena-academy\/"},"modified":"2026-02-11T12:59:05","modified_gmt":"2026-02-11T11:59:05","slug":"from-training-to-employment-the-results-of-the-second-maddalena-academy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.maddalena.it\/en\/from-training-to-employment-the-results-of-the-second-maddalena-academy\/","title":{"rendered":"From Training to Employment: The Results of the Second Maddalena Academy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><p><strong>The second Academy, developed in collaboration between Maddalena Spa and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adecco.com\/en-ca\">Adecco<\/a>, has just come to an end.<\/strong> Launched at the end of January 2024, this experience confirms the value and effectiveness of this training model.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p><em>&#8220;We strongly believe in Academies as an effective tool to support young people in their entry into the company: a pathway that fosters team integration, collaboration and knowledge sharing, allowing participants to undertake a professional training experience together.&#8221;<\/em><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p data-start=\"21\" data-end=\"377\">The participants in the project spent two years in the company under an <strong>apprenticeship contract,<\/strong> following a <strong>structured on-the-job training programme<\/strong> combined with classroom-based transversal training sessions.
