Created in collaboration with <strong>Adecco Italia,<\/strong> this two-year journey was designed to guide young people into the world of work through a concrete and structured experience. The program combined <strong>on-the-job training<\/strong> with in-depth classroom sessions focused on developing soft skills.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p>The Academy began with <strong>8 motivated and eager young women and men<\/strong>, all ready to grow.
