It is not just a certification, but a true ethical management system, built on key principles:<\/p>\n\n<p><p><strong>\u27a1 Human and workers\u2019 rights:<\/strong> protection against exploitation, discrimination, child labor, and all forms of abuse.<br data-start=\"114\" data-end=\"117\"\/><strong>\u27a1 Health and safety in the workplace:<\/strong> safe environments, monitored processes, and constant prevention to ensure everyone\u2019s well-being.<br data-start=\"251\" data-end=\"254\"\/><strong>\u27a1 Continuous improvement:<\/strong> every audit is an opportunity to grow, not just a formality to pass.<br data-start=\"348\" data-end=\"351\"\/><strong>\u27a1 Shared responsibility:<\/strong> SA8000 is part of daily life and requires the active commitment of the entire company community.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-divider stk-block-divider stk-block stk-6fa2d5a\" data-block-id=\"6fa2d5a\"><hr class=\"stk-block-divider__hr\"\/><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Listening and transparency: concrete tools<\/h2>\n\n<p><p>One of the key strengths of this standard is the possibility for all employees and collaborators to<strong> anonymously submit suggestions or reports related to the SA8000 Management System.<\/strong><br data-start=\"182\" data-end=\"185\"\/>Reports submitted through the Reporting Form are received by the workers&#8217; representatives of the Social Performance Team. Maddalena S.p.A. guarantees the utmost <strong>confidentiality<\/strong> regarding the contents of the reports and fully respects the right to remain anonymous.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p>The<strong> Social Performance Team (SPT)<\/strong> is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the SA8000 standard requirements within the organization.
