This recognition celebrates companies that excel in fostering health and well-being in the workplace.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/p>\n\n<p>During the event, which was shared with 24 other awarded companies, we had the opportunity to present the best practices implemented throughout the year. We received positive feedback and validation on the importance of the initiatives developed by the company in two key areas:<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Promotion of Physical Activity<\/h2>\n\n<p><div class=\"flex-shrink-0 flex flex-col relative items-end\"><div><div class=\"pt-0\"><div class=\"gizmo-bot-avatar flex h-8 w-8 items-center justify-center overflow-hidden rounded-full\"><div class=\"relative p-1 rounded-sm flex items-center justify-center bg-token-main-surface-primary text-token-text-primary h-8 w-8\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"group\/conversation-turn relative flex w-full min-w-0 flex-col agent-turn\"><div class=\"flex-col gap-1 md:gap-3\"><div class=\"flex max-w-full flex-col flex-grow\"><div class=\"min-h-8 text-message flex w-full flex-col items-end gap-2 whitespace-normal break-words text-start [.text-message+&amp;]:mt-5\" dir=\"auto\" data-message-author-role=\"assistant\" data-message-id=\"5f52f801-15e2-458f-9a8a-e82471a5803d\" data-message-model-slug=\"gpt-4o\"><div class=\"flex w-full flex-col gap-1 empty:hidden first:pt-[3px]\"><div class=\"markdown prose w-full break-words dark:prose-invert light\"><p><strong>At Maddalena SpA, we believe that sports play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our employees and the community in which we operate.<\/strong> For this reason, we have developed several initiatives that, over time, have become an integral part of our corporate culture:<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><p><strong>Five-a-side football tournament:<\/strong> held annually, the tournament holds a value that goes far beyond the playing field. Born 20 years ago, it was transformed in 2006 into the &#8220;Memorial Aldo Polzot,&#8221; a collaborator of the company who passed away prematurely, and later took the form of a five-a-side football tournament in 2019.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Partecipazione a Telethon<\/strong>: sosteniamo da molti anni la<a href=\"https:\/\/www.telethon.it\/chi-siamo\/la-fondazione\/\"> Fondazione Telethon<\/a>, impegnata per combattere le malattie genetiche rare. Nel dicembre 2024 l&#8217;Azienda si \u00e8 presentata alla 24&#215;1 della citt\u00e0 con ben due squadre: i runner, classificati alla 55\u00b0 posizione globale, ed i walkers, che durante l\u2019anno si sono allenati attraverso gruppi di corsa e cammino organizzati tra dipendenti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Tennis Day<\/strong>: In collaboration with the Tennis Time FVG Association, since 2023, a summer day dedicated to tennis has been organized, open to employees and their families, to promote well-being and togetherness.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Support for local sports activities:<\/strong> Maddalena actively supports disciplines such as basketball, baskin (inclusive basketball for people with disabilities), and cycling, promoting a healthy lifestyle beyond the company.<strong> A comprehensive overview can be found in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maddalena.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Sustainability-Report-Maddalena-2022-23_EN.pdf\">2022\/23 Sustainability Report<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Corporate Welfare<\/h2>\n\n<p><p>A work environment that values the well-being of people and promotes work-life balance is an environment that invests in the future of its employees. The two high-impact projects presented to the WHP Network have been active since 2022 and are made possible through co-financing from the <strong>#Conciliamo Call<\/strong> of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers \u2013 Department for Family Policies.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><p>Intercompany Summer Camp: Created in collaboration with I.CO.P.
