{"id":26206,"date":"2023-07-22T08:57:14","date_gmt":"2023-07-22T06:57:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.maddalena.it\/?p=26206"},"modified":"2023-07-22T09:11:35","modified_gmt":"2023-07-22T07:11:35","slug":"successful-collaboration-adecco","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.maddalena.it\/en\/successful-collaboration-adecco\/","title":{"rendered":"Successful collaboration with Adecco Italia to build the future of Industry 4.0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In July, 8 young people were employed in the production plant in Povoletto (UD) thanks to the successful outcome of an important collaboration signed between Maddalena S.p.A. and Adecco Italia.<\/p>\n\n<p><p><strong>The partnership is part of the &#8216;Academy for 4.0 Operators&#8217; project<\/strong>, which aims to provide employment and training opportunities to young people aged between 18 and 29, with the objective of obtaining a specific professional qualification.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.adecco.it\/\">Adecco Italia<\/a>, leader in the human resources sector, has a long experience in personnel recruitment and human resources management. Since 2004, the company has hired over 37,000 workers with permanent contracts and has more than 2,000 apprentices, 41% of whom are blue collar workers. These figures testify to the trust placed in this partner for the selection and placement of new talent.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p>The collaboration project developed in several stages and, after an initial selection, included an evaluation phase to identify the most suitable candidates for Maddalena S.p.A.<\/p>\n\n<p><p>On the assesment day, t<strong>eam-building and value-added activities took place, where the young people enthusiastically and actively engaged in group and individual dynamics.<\/strong> During the first week, the group of new hires &#8211; which included a good number of women &#8211; was engaged in the classroom for the usual 40 hours of professional training in preparation for the job and on all topics concerning the technical-production, quality, safety, IT security and company organisation areas. In the following weeks, t<strong>he students will continue their training directly on-the-job with company tutors and supported by qualified partners.<\/strong><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p>The aim of this initiative is to offer young people a concrete opportunity to enter the world of work, combining training and experimentation in the field, and <strong>bears witness to the commitment of the two companies to promote youth employment and vocational training<\/strong>.
