The legal audit of the Company is the responsibility of the Board of Statutory Auditors.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p>Franco and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aidda.org\/socie\/cav-lav-clara-maddalena\">Clara Maddalena<\/a>, who took over from their father, Giovanni Battista, in the 1980s, serve as Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson of the Company and are its Managing Directors together with their grandson <strong>Andrea Contin<\/strong>. <strong>Giovanni Maddalena <\/strong>and <strong>Filippo Fontanelli <\/strong>together with their cousin Andrea, are the fourth generation of the Company, each with their delegation, the first to the Sales Management, the second to the Technical Department, and the third to Management Control and Administration.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><p><em>&#8220;With an export share of over 65%, Maddalena is one of the few major European companies in the sector, <strong>still independent and family-owned<\/strong>&#8220;<\/em><\/p><p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.maddalena.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/ConsiglioDiAmministrazione_EN-1024x253.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-25199 lazyload\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 1024px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 1024\/253;\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"height:34px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Management Systems<\/h3>\n\n<p><p><strong>The structuring of an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maddalena.it\/en\/quality\/\">Integrated Management System<\/a> is a very important aspect for Maddalena S.p.A.<\/strong> and its complexity requires a coherent approach in the management of numerous aspects that now include quality, health and safety, environment, data security, and sustainability.
