ollowing an\u00a0Ethics Audit<\/strong>, commissioned by a partner company,\u00a0Intertek<\/a>\u00a0has certified that Maddalena meets all the necessary requirements for the Workplace Condition Assessment (WCA)\u00a0<\/strong>Achievement Award; rewarding the efforts made in the management of Human Resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the audit, Intertek has assessed the general quality of work through various indicators such as: Labour<\/strong> (quality of work); Wages and Hours<\/strong>, checking the working hours, wages and benefits of employees; Health and Safety in the workplace<\/strong>, controlling the safety of machinery, emergency management, prevention of workplace accidents and any health risks related to work; the Management Systems<\/strong> and the Company\u2019s Environmental Impact<\/strong>, evaluating the environmental, emissions and waste management systems, as well as the collateral activities carried out with an eye on Corporate Social Responsability<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This important recognition certifies how Maddalena cares about the well-being of its employees, the quality and safety of the workplace, as well as of its products.\r\n\r\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
