On Friday, July 4th, the first edition of the Maddalena Academy officially came to a close. Created in collaboration with Adecco Italia, this two-year journey was designed to guide young people into the world of work through a concrete and structured experience. The program combined on-the-job training with in-depth classroom sessions focused on developing soft skills.

The Academy began with 8 motivated and eager young women and men, all ready to grow. Today, we are proud to share that 5 of them will continue their journey at Maddalena with a permanent employment contract.

Throughout the program, participants were assessed not only on the technical skills acquired on the job, but also on their soft skills — essential for successfully navigating the challenges of an evolving professional landscape.

To celebrate this important milestone, we took a special moment together to thank them, congratulate them, and present a certificate of merit in recognition of their commitment and growth.

It’s a significant achievement that also marks the beginning of a new phase: a journey of responsibility and continuous development, within a company that is evolving and offering room for growth and new opportunities.

The Maddalena Academy is a concrete example of how believing in young people and investing in their development can create value for everyone — for individuals, for the company, and for the local community.

In the meantime, the second edition of the Academy is underway, with 7 new young talents ready to build their future together with us.
