Maddalena Learning Center: knowledge networking

Maddalena Learning Center began as a business school to become an open lab to share knowledge internally and externally the company. This strategic and innovative tool completes the training offer from Maddalena with the aim to manage the development of internal human resources and broaden smart metering culture, in water meter management among customers and partners.

“Education is one of the strategic assets for our company. We have invested in this field since the end of the 90s” – says Clara Maddalena, Vice President and HR head in the company – “Teaching staff with focus on growth of intellectual capital alongside with human one is essential to grow and remain definitive in an increasingly competitive market”.

The Learning Center represents an innovation focused on the use of skills related to smart metering and metering management.

A constantly evolving global situation is perfectly reflected in our courses, designed for both class based and online  classrooms.

Maddalena will make available to all users a dedicated multimedia platform functioning as a knowledge hub. The goal of this initiative is to share values, expertise, behaviour and strategies for growth at all levels and, at the same time, create an advanced learning environment that can also be shared outside the company, involving customers and partners.

The first cycle of meetings organized by the Maddalena Learning Center started in June 2020 and is aimed at the Sales Force.

The purpose is to build a strong team, capable of generating sharing and focussing on continuous innovation. The next step is to include the other training courses that fall within this format already in progress, developing added value for partners and clients, and providing them with an innovative service building advantages in terms of differentiation in short-medium terms.
